摘    要:目的 优选别嘌醇分散片的制备工艺,提高药物的生物利用度和临床疗效.方法 本实验采用紫外分光光度法分别考察别嘌醇与不同辅料混合压片后的溶出速率,确定最适合的辅料进行分散片制备.结果 筛选出最优制备处方:以微晶纤维素(MCC):乳糖=3:2作为填充剂,交联聚维酮(PVPP)6%作为崩解剂,滑石粉3%作为润滑剂.结论 该制备...

Abstract:Objective The preparation process of Allopurinol dispersible tablets was optimized to improve the bioavailability and clinical efficacy of the drug. Methods In this study, the dissolution rate of allopurinol mixed with different excipients was investigated by UV Spectrophotometer, and the best excipients were selected to prepare the dispersible tablets. Results The optimal formula consists of 3∶2 of MCC and lactose, 6% PVPP, and 3% talcum powder. Conclusion The preparation process can improve the bioavailability of the drug and is reasonable and feasible.
