摘    要:阐述一种新的GIS理论成果:即大型GIS与数字地球的空间数学基础理论,新理论克服了传统空间数学基础理论的不足,提出了一种新的基于大地坐标系、采用等距割圆柱投影的面向大区域的GIS空间数学基础理论。以新理论为基础并结合水利防汛专业信息系统的实际需求,运用GIS技术支持下的矢、栅结合技术,从而提出将数字栅格地图(DRG)作为专业信息系统参考背景,以用户关心的专业实体适时标注的系统建设作为技术路线,并利用该技术路线开发了基于GIS技术的咸宁市水利防汛信息系统,取得了满意的应用效果。事实表明,该理论基础和技术路线具有良好的实施前景。

Abstract:The paper presents a theoretical base for information system constructi on.The fundamental theory of space mathematical of large-scale GIS and the digit al earth is a new theory for GIS which overcomes the shortage of the traditional basic theory of spatial mathematics,which is based on mother earth coordinate s ystem adopts isometry skive column projection, In order to satisfy the requireme nt of water conservancy system, the author puts forward a vector-grid coalescenc e mentality which is sustained by the technology of GIS. The paper provides the flood prevention information system with a technical channel for,which employs t he DRG as the background reference, by which the consumer can label the symbol o f speciality entity at any time. The author develops the flood prevention inform ation system based on GIS of Xianning city and achieves satisfactory results.The new theory and technical channel have proved to have a prospect of execution.
