| 摘 要： | 电子产业是我国增长最快的行业之一,也是外国直接投资最为集中的制造业领域。本文分析了我国电子产业外国直接投资的现状、趋势、特点及其原因,进而分析了外国直接投资对电子产业发展和竞争力的影响,并有针对性地提出促进电子产业升级的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Electronic industry is one of the fastest growing industry and the manufacturing industry in which foreign direct investment most intensively aggregates.This paper firstly discusses the present situation,tendency,characteristics and reasons of electronic industry;and then analyzes the impacts of FDI on the development and competitive power of the electronic industry in China.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions for the upgrading of electronic industry. |
