商业银行人才流失问题对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Brain Drain Problem in Commercial Banks

In recent years,with the slowdown of macro-economic growth,the acceleration of interest rate marketization and the obvious trend of financial liberalization,the banking industry is facing tremendous pressure of transformation and development.This paper analyzes the brain drain problem existing in China's commercial banks,summarizes and concludes the brain drain problem and its countermeasures of commercial banks,so as to enrich the theory of human resources management and provide support and guarantee for human resources management of commercial banks.
