商业银行人才流失问题对策研究

摘    要:近年来,宏观经济增速放缓、利率市场化进程加快、金融自由化趋势明显,银行业面临着转型发展的巨大压力。论文对国内商业银行存在的人才流失问题进行分析,总结和归纳了商业银行人才流失的问题及其对策,以期丰富人力资源管理理论,为商业银行人力资源管理提供支持与保障。

Abstract:In recent years,with the slowdown of macro-economic growth,the acceleration of interest rate marketization and the obvious trend of financial liberalization,the banking industry is facing tremendous pressure of transformation and development.This paper analyzes the brain drain problem existing in China's commercial banks,summarizes and concludes the brain drain problem and its countermeasures of commercial banks,so as to enrich the theory of human resources management and provide support and guarantee for human resources management of commercial banks.
