| 摘 要： | 根据我国目前劳务分包企业的现状,分析了劳务分包企业的发展战略及环境与政策,论证了集团组建劳务分包企业的可行性和必要性,提出了组建劳务分包企业的模式为:建筑企业劳模职工+注册资金+施工机械设备+所拥有的技术人员=劳务分包企业。

| Abstract: | According to the situation of labor subcontractors enterprises in China,the development strategy and policy environment of labor subcontractors enterprises are analyzed.The feasibility and necessity about establish labor subcontractor enterprises by the group are proved.The mode is:construction enterprise model worker + registered capital + machinery equipment + technical talent = labor subcontractor enterprise. |
