| 摘 要： | 中等专业学校之所以目前陷入生源困难的困境，不是因为中专教育已经完成了历史使命，而是因为中专教育过去为适应新中国建立之初的经济发展而确定的培养目标已经不再适应时代发展的需要。因此，中等专业学校的出路，在于面对今天的人才市场竞争态势，开辟出属于自己的人才目标培养市场。

| Abstract: | The reason why secondary specialized schools are in a difficult position is not because it has accomplished its historical mission but because it cannot adapt its educating go to the needs of the times,which was established at the beginning of New China for economic development. Thus,the only way out of its difficulty is to develop its own market to educate talented persons in today's tuleat competting situation. |
