少数民族服饰产业供给侧结构性改革研究——以蒙古族服饰产业为例

目的/意义在民族服饰文化方面，增强自信，提升价值，促进传播。在民族服饰经济方面，激发和满足需求，优化产业要素，促进产业升级。方法/过程分析少数民族服饰产业现状，找出少数民族服饰产业问题，从产品供给、要素供给、政策供给层面提出结构性改革路径。结果/结论在产品供给层面，对于传统民族服饰，应以生产性保护为核心，进行小批量、精品化生产；对于现代民族服饰，应以研发设计为核心，注重技术应用和标准规范；在要素供给层面，提升企业融资能力，建设服饰面辅料供应基地，培育研发和设计人才、工匠和技术人才、经营和管理人才；在政策供给层面，制定完善产业政策、人才政策和平台政策。

Research on the Supply-Side Structural Reform ofMinority Costume Industry——Taking Mongolian Costume Industry as an Example

Purpose/SignificanceIt is necessary to enhance self-confidence, improve value and promote communication in the aspect of minoritycostume culture, and to stimulate and meet the demand, optimize the industrial elements, and promote the industrial upgrading in the aspect of minority costume economy.Method/ProcessThis paper analyzes the present situation of minority costume industry, finds out existing problems, and puts forward the structural reform path from the aspects of product supply, elements supply and policy supply.Result/ConclusionIn terms of product supply, attentions should be paid to taking the productive protection as the core and carrying out small-scale and high-quality production of traditional minority costume.For modern national costume, research and design should be the core, technology application and standards should be emphasized.In terms of element supply, enterprises should improve their financing capacity, build a costume and accessories supply base, and cultivate design talents, technical talents, and management talents. In terms of policy supply, industrial policy, talent policy and platform policy should be formulated and improved.
