中国能源消费空间差异及其影响因素分解

目的/意义针对我国三大地区能源消费水平空间差异和影响因素展开分析，并提出相应的对策建议。方法/过程首先，选取我国30个省(自治区/直辖市)为样本, 利用离差指标将省际人均能源消费总差异分解为东、中、西部地区间和地区内部差异; 其次，运用结构分解模型考察人均GDP、万元工业产值综合能耗、工业化率对能源消费空间差异的影响。结果/结论研究发现:能源消费空间差异主要来自东、中、西部地区内部差异；人均GDP能够解释空间差异的50%以上，三个影响因素对地区内部能源消费差异的贡献率随时间动态变化。基于上述研究结果，文章提出缩小能源消费空间差异重在平衡地区内部差异，应从监管、政策引导、结构调整等方面缩小能源消费空间差异。

Analysis of Spatial Difference of Energy Consumption and Influencing Factors Decomposition in China

Purpose /SignificanceThis paper analyzes spatial energy consumption differences in three major regions in China and their influencing factors, and proposes corresponding policy suggestions.Method/ProcessFirst, it uses dispersion index to decompose the difference in per capita energy consumption among thirty provinces, autonomous and municipalities in China, and the differences within regions. Next, it applies structural decomposition model to analyze impact of GDP per capita, comprehensive energy consumption of 10, 000 yuan of industrial output value and industrialization rate on the spatial difference of energy consumption.Result/ConclusionResults show that spatial difference of per capita energy consumption mainly comes from the differences within the three regions. GDP per capita could interpret more than 50% of spatial difference of energy consumption, and the contribution rate of the three influencing factors to the regional internal energy consumption difference changes dynamically with time. Based on conclusions, it is critical to balance differences within regions to alleviate spatial differences of energy consumption, and narrow spatial differences from aspects such as supervision, policy guidance, and structural adjustment.
