浙江省乡村人居环境综合评价及其空间分异

目的/意义乡村人居环境作为一个有机结合体，其综合质量的提升对乡村经济发展和居民生活水平提升均具有重要现实意义。方法/过程根据浙江省11个地级市第三次农业普查数据，运用熵值法赋予乡村人居环境质量各因素权重，再用空间分析法比较浙江省乡村人居环境质量的空间差异。结果/结论结果发现:浙江省乡村人居环境质量的构成指标中，权重最大的是公共服务，其次是居住条件，权重最小的是基础设施；乡村人居环境综合质量在浙江省11个地级市间存在空间差异，呈现“北高南低”趋势，各构成指标亦存在空间差异。为缩小浙江省各地级市间乡村人居环境质量差距，应针对不同地区采取不同的措施，包括夯实乡村人居环境质量中的优势项目，加快弱势项目的发展和建设。

Comprehensive Evaluation and the Spatial Distribution of Rural Residential Environment Quality in Zhejiang

Purpose /SignificanceAs an organic combination, the improvement of the comprehensive quality of rural residential environment is of great practical significance to the development of rural economy and the improvement of residents' living standard.Method/ProcessOn the basis of the third agricultural census data of 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang, the entropy method is used to give the weight of each factor in the rural human settlement environment quality, and then the spatial analysis is done to compare the spatial differences of the rural human settlement environment quality in Zhejiang Province.Result/ConclusionThe results show that among the constituent indicators of rural human settlement environment quality in Zhejiang, public service is the most important, followed by living conditions while infrastructure is the least important. The comprehensive quality of rural living environment has spatial differences among the 11 prefecture-level cities in Zhejiang, showing a trend of "high in the north and low in the south", and spatial differences also show in each constituent index. In order to narrow the gap in the quality of rural human settlements among prefecture-level cities, different measures should be taken for different regions, including consolidating the advantageous projects in the quality of rural human settlements and accelerating the development and construction of the disadvantageous projects.
