摘    要:教学督导是高校为完善教学质量监控体系而构建的一种监督机制,也是为确保教学质量提高而采取的一种组织措施和制度创新.作为一种新的教学质量监控组织,其运行模式因校而异.随着高校教育改革和发展的需要,教学督导工作只有在遵循其运行规律的前提下创新教学督导运行模式,才能更好地发挥其对教学质量的监控作用,提高教学督导的工作绩效,更好地服务于高校发展的需要.

Abstract:Teaching supervision is constructed for perfecting teaching quality monitoring system in higher institutions.It is also a kind of system innovation adopted to ensure the improvement of teaching quality.The operation mode,being a new kind of Teaching Quality Supervision Organization,will differ from university to university.Teaching supervision work should be in accordance with the higher institutions operation rules so teaching supervision can better develop the function of teaching quality and better serve the reform and development of higher institutions.
