Financial Behavior Analysis of Possessing Wealth from Real Estates

when researching our counrtry's wealth affect of the real estate, I put the perspective of the expense function aside,this article carries on the explantation from the behavior finance rearch angle to our contry's real estate wealth effect. I attempt to through the expectation theory of the behavior finance study ,the wealth illusion,and the crowd psychology, to discovered that the effect of the subjective factor and the psychological factor to the real estate wealth effect,and hope to bring new inspiration to the theory researcher and the investor.
