摘    要:企业跨区域扩张,简单理解是指企业在一国范围内跨越原有的生产经营活动空间,从一个地区向另一个地区的扩张行为。跨区域扩张是中国零售企业在现阶段发展的必然和现实选泽。中国大型零售企业应如何进行跨区域扩张,已经成为迫在眉睫的问题。就此问题,本文提出一些破解对策。

Abstract:The interregional expansion of an enterprise means the business of the enterprise is not confined within the original region but expand to different regions within a country. Interregional expansion is the inevitable development of the retail business and the realistic choice at this stage. Then, the interregional expansion of China large retail enterprises has become an issue of great urgency. On the issue, the paper proposes the following measures. First, increase the expansion capacity of the enterprises; second, accelerate the improvement of the external environment of the enterprises; third, choose a suitable expansion mode.
