中国市场化进程脉络:以计划经济和市场经济为边界

新中国成立60年来,市场化进程具有明显的阶段性特征。以1978年党的十一届三中全会为边界,新中国成立以来的前30年,分为5个阶段;改革开放以来的30多年进程,又可分为4个阶段。以不同历史阶段为背景,以不同时期的政策变迁为参照,以计划经济和市场经济为边界,再现60年中国市场化进程的脉络。

The Trace of China's Marketization:Take Planned Economy and Market Economy as Borderline

Since the foundation of China,the process of marketization has obviously gone through some phases. After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee in 1978,the former 30 years could be divided into five phases;after the reform and openning-up,the 30 years could be divided into 4 phases. Here,according to different historical phases as contents,policies changes as referrence,and planned economy or market economy as dividing standard,we review China's 60 years marketization process.
