风险投资环境研究及对策

风险投资是将资金投入高风险的经济活动中,并期望获得高额的收益的活动。风险投资在中国的发展刚刚起步,风险投资的概念还未被社会广泛接受,但在投资各个主体与客体等诸多影响因素方面都存在着许多问题,有待处理和解决。本文在分析风险投资发展中存在的主要问题基础上,着重阐述了建立风险投资环境支持体系的必要性,并具体提出我国风险投资业进一步发展的政策建议。

Research and Policy on Venture Capital Investment Environment

Venture capital refers to the practice to invest capital in high - risk economic activities in order to gain high return. Although it is not long since venture capital was introduced into China, quite a few problems have emerged which impose a negative influence on its further development. This article analyzes the major problems existing in the development of venture capital in China, and goes on to discuss the necessity of establishing a supporting environmental system. In the last part of the paper, the authors give their suggestions for the policy -making procedure on the venture capitals ongoing development.
