财政支出结构与经济增长关系的实证分析

本文在对我国财政支出的现状进行分析的基础上，根据我国1978—2003年的统计数据．利用向量自回归和脉冲响应函数分析了我国不同种类的财政支出对GDP的影响。通过实证分析，发现不同的支出对GDP的影响程度各不相同，其中，影响程度最大的是社会文教费支出，其次是经济建设费支出。本文最后根据实证分析的结果，提出要使我国国民生产总值继续保持强劲的增长势头，应采取的措施。

Experimentation Analysis of the Correlation between Financial Expenditure Structure and Economic Increase

This paper analyzes the impact of different fiscal expenditure on GDP on the basis of status quo according to the statistics from 1978 to 2003 by the method of vector auto-regression and the impulse response function. It finds out by empirical analysis that different expenditure has different impact on GDP. Among all the factors, the most influential one is the expenditure of social, cultural ,educational development , the second is the expenditure of economic construction. It finally proposes two measures to maintain the economic growth as per the result of empirical analysis.
