| 摘 要： | 从国内外文化产业发展的实践来看，文化产业的空间组织形式往往与传统产业类似，也大多呈现出产业集聚的特点，浙江近年来文化产业发展所取得的成就也表明文化产业集群建设是有效的路径。但不同层面的文化产业集群表现出较大的特征差异性，以浙江为例，以影视业为代表的核心层产业集群以集群网络的构建与优化为目标，以动漫与互联网产业为指向的外围层产业集群以集群战略联盟的形成与扩张为特征，特色鲜明的块状经济则是文化产业相关层产业集群显著标志。当然文化产业集群的进一步突破依赖于技术研发及测试平台、金融服务平台、公共信息平台、知识产权保护及管理平台等大平台的建设与完善。
