| 摘 要： | 分析了黑龙江水稻粮农余粮销售难以踩准价格涨跌节拍的主要原因;指出了结合粮食供应链特点,运用不同的契约,粮农与下游企业构建长期的协调集成机制将成为解决这一问题的主要对策;构建不同还款期限的组合信贷业务,建立生产环节有效的仓储设施,培育代表粮农利益的中介组织以协调粮食供应链,成为粮农运行优化的动态组合价格销售的重要条件。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the main reasons why the farmers cannot control the grain price changes in surplus grain selling and considers that the farmers should establish a long term coordinated system with the downstream enterprises based on different contracts,build up a composite credit loans with different repayment time limit,set up effective warehousing facilities and foster the medium organization representing farmers' interests. |
