| 摘 要： | 在联盟内部技术转换过程中,交易费用存在着信任度的增强性、支付手段的多样性、技术信息的相对显形性和技术定价的间接性等特点。必须通过建立联盟技术中介服务和联盟技术利益补偿机制,增强创新合作的交易频率,巩固技术联盟的稳定性,同时建立联盟技术的署名制度,对联盟技术转换进行有效的激励和控制,来优化联盟内部技术转换的环境。
