| 摘 要： | 首先分析在新旧动能转换背景下煤炭企业人才需求变化,包括分析煤炭企业现有人力资源管理现状、分析企业未来人才需求层次。然后基于煤炭企业面临的人才培养问题,从国家政策、社会以及企业内部给出建议措施,如招生优惠政策、校企深度合作和构建合适的人才培养模式,以此希望为煤炭企业在人才需求和培养方面提供理论借鉴和指导。
