新安装电动机的试运与维护

工程机电设备安装施工完成之后,通常要对电动机及其所带的机械作单机启动调试。调试运行的目的是考验设备设计、制造和安装调试的质量,验证设备连续工作的可靠性。在实际工作中往往会碰到意想不到的异常现象,使电机跳闸。为了便于事后分析,在电动机启动之前,我们就应做好事前准备工作,对一次、二次回路接线、保护回路、电动机及机械装置等进行检查,并对检查的结果加以分析。本文着重介绍电动机试运时的检查项目,并分析其常见的故障和日常维护。
