| 摘 要： | 网络经济条件下,企业的生存和发展不仅有赖于组织的内部平衡和外部的适应,而且还面临着不断的调整。本文从企业组织及其制定组织架构的意义分析入手,探讨网络经济条件下企业组织架构的重塑和模型建立,研究网络化层级组织的涵义。在对网络化层级组织的发展现状进行论述的基础上,提出网络经济条件下企业网络型组织架构重构的设想。
