| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设的主体是农民，农村的现代化关键是农民的现代化。而没有新观念就没有新农民，没有新农民就没有新农村。可以说，新农村建设的关键是塑造农民的独立意识、平等意识、主体意识、市场和开放意识、权利意识以及法律意识等现代性的价值理念。

| Abstract: | The main body of the new socialism rural reconstruction is the farmer;the key of modernized countryside is the farmer's modernization.However,Without the new idea,there is no new farmer;and without new farmer,there is no new countyside.It can be said that the key of the new rural reconstruction is to mold farmer's modern value ideas of independent consciousness,equal consciousness,principal part consciousness,market and opening consciousness,right consciousness,legal consciousness and so on. |
