| Abstract: | It is an inevitable demand of the knowledge economy times tointegrate the manufacturer and supplier. Thus the paper raises the way to choosesupplier via integration levels and points out the key issues during the integration.In the meanwhile, the paper suggests creating an effective trust mechanism andinformation sharing system with supplier to jointly handle potential risks. |
