| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国东中西部经济差距不断扩大已是不争的事实,这有其历史的必然性。缩小地区间经济差距是个历史过程,当务之急是阻止经济差距"急剧扩大"和"过分悬殊",以利于经济健康发展。西部开发与实现东、中部地区协调发展,是"十五"计划时期我国经济和社会发展的重要战略任务之一。经过20多年的改革开放和经济建设,东部地区获得了长足的发展。现在,促进中西部地区更快发展特别是贫困地区的可持续发展是我们面临的重大课题。

| Abstract: | It is the fact that the spatial difference of economic development between east,middle and west parts in our country has been enlarging from the reforming and opening.It will be a historical process of reducing the difference because it has its historic necessity.The vital matter of immediate urgency is how to prevent"rapidly extending"and"excessively far apart".It is one of the important strategy assignments of our economic and society development in our"the tenth five-year project"that how to coordinate the development between regions.Through reforming and developing of twenty years,the east part has been developed adequately.Now,promoting development of middle and west parts especially developing poor regions sustainably,has become the most important task we' ll face. |
