| 摘 要： | 《江苏省科学技术进步条例》(下简称《条例》)制定实施以来,为江苏科学技术的发展发挥了巨大的积极作用。在目前的新形势下,我们需要在总结我省科技工作的新实践经验基础上,通过进一步修订该条例,为江苏科技工作的继续发展提供优良的法制环境。本文重点解读了该条例的法律责任条款,在对其立法现状进行分析的基础上,提出了具体的修改建议。

| Abstract: | The promulgation of "Jiangsu's Promotion Regulation for Science and Technology" has played an important role in Jiangsu's development in science and technology.Under the current situation,we need to revise the regulation again in order to provide a better legal system environment.The text mainly will put forward a concrete advice on its modification by reading the clauses on legal liability and analyzing the present legislation condition of the chapter. |
