纳米材料WS2对润滑油摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘    要:用加入纳米材料WS2的润滑油在MRS-10A型四球极压机上进行试验,结果表明,加有纳米材料WS2的润滑油表现出良好的抗磨性能,其不仅适用于一般润滑条件,而且还可以用于一定高温、高压、高真空、高负荷、有辐射线以及有腐蚀性介质的工作环境。

Abstract:Nanometer particles WS 2 added in lubricating oil changes the characteristics of lubricating oil, and keeps machine parts favorable wear resistance under high temperature and heavy load. In this paper, through making scientific test lubricating oil which has been added in nanometer particles WS 2 on MRS-10A four ball EP tester, the result indicates that lubricant with nanometer particles WS 2 had excellent performances of antiwear. At the same time, it studies the tribological mechanisms of nanometer particles WS 2 under oil lubrication.
