| 摘 要： | 根据中国的研究现状,对南方集体林经营方案的内涵、方案的编制、方案的实施及执行效益评估、方案的相关制度等研究文献进行了综合分析。结果表明:理论研究严重滞后于森林经营实践,急需将南方集体林经营方案的编制与实施看作一项系统工程,将与之有关的各项因素都纳入,开展综合性、系统性的交叉研究。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the content,programming,implementation and enforcement of effective assessment programs and other related systems in the South of collective forest management plan are reviewed composite analysis. The result show that:Theoretical study seriously lagging behind in practice of the forest management,It is an argent need to the South of collective forest management plan as a systematic project. All of the various factors related will include to carry out a comprehensive and systematic study. |
