| 摘 要： | ERP(企业资源计划)是建立在信息技术基础上,以系统化的管理思想,为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台,它迎合了铁路运输企业作业流动分散、指挥高度集中统一、系统性和动态性强的特点,可以对铁路运输企业各环节提供有效管理。在铁路运输企业实施ERP过程中,应注意面向整个业务链,并进行业务流程重组和组织机构改革。

| Abstract: | ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a management platformthat is based on information technology and that provides means of decision-running for enterprise decision-making level and its staff with systematicmanagement concepts. It matches the characters of flowing and dispersework, highly centralized and unified command and highly systematic anddynamic in railway transport enterprises so it can provide an effectivemanagement to every tache of railway transport enterprise. During theimplementation of ERP by railway transport enterprise, it is important to payattention to the entire operation chain and to apply the reconstruction ofoperation chain and structural reform. |
