基于DEA-Tobit扩展模型的海南旅游业效率研究

采用DEA-Tobit扩展模型对海南旅游业效率进行时间及空间两个维度的解析评价，通过对海南旅游业整体及各市县效率的测评，揭示了海南旅游业的发展水平、时空分布、演化规律及其主要影响因素。研究表明：海南1998—2018年间旅游业综合技术效率变化趋势平稳，且存在区域差异性，大部分市县的生产率指数大于1；旅游业聚集度、服务业规模和公共服务水平对海南旅游综合效率呈现正向显著作用，交通便捷性和开放程度影响较弱。

Research on Tourism Efficiency of Hainan Based on DEA-Tobit Extension Model

This paper uses DEA-Tobit two-stage model to analyze the tourism efficiency of Hainan from two dimensions of time and space. Through the evaluation of the tourism efficiency of Hainan urban, it reveals the development level, spatial and temporal distribution, evolution law and its influencing factors of Hainan tourism. The results show that the trend of the comprehensive technical efficiency of tourism in Hainan is stable and there are regional differences. The productivity index of most cities is more than 1; The degree of tourism agglomeration, the scale of service industry and the level of public service play a positive and significant role in the comprehensive efficiency of tourism in Hainan, and the degree of transportation convenience and openness influences is weak.
