摘    要:以2007-2018年哈尔滨年度数据入手,以哈尔滨市为例,首先运用耦合协调模型及障碍度模型对城市发展中经济-社会-生态环境耦合协调程度及障碍度进行了分析。分析结果显示:哈尔滨城市发展中经济-社会-生态环境耦合协调程度总体上呈现出向上发展的趋势,从2007年的0.30上升到2017年的0.48,但协调程度一直处于轻度失调与濒临失调的状态,说明城市发展中经济-社会-生态环境三者之间协同发展程度并不高,经济优先发展,社会发展次之,生态环境重视程度较弱,造成了目前的状况。而耦合度呈现波动状态,2011年达到最低值0.316763,但总体来说哈尔滨城市发展中经济-社会-生态环境三者的耦合度处在0.3~0.4之间,属于拮抗阶段。2007-2017年三个子系统的障碍度总体呈现出下降的趋势,阻碍作用减小。

Coupling and Coordination Analysis of Economic-Social-Ecological Environment in Urban Development
Abstract:The article starts with the annual data of Harbin from 2007 to 2017. Firstly, the coupling coordination model and the obstacle degree model are used to analyze the coupling degree and obstacle degree of economic-social-ecological environment coupling in urban development. The analysis results show that the degree of coordination of economic-society-ecological environment in urban development in Harbin generally shows an upward trend, from 0.303944 in 2007 to 0.476 in 2017, but the degree of coordination has been in a state of mild dislocation and endangerment. It shows that the pace of development between the economic-society-ecological environment in urban development is not very synchronous, economic priority development, social development is second, and the ecological environment is less stressed, resulting in the current situation. The coupling degree shows a fluctuating state, reaching a minimum value of 0.316763 in 2011. However, in general, the coupling degree of the economic-social-ecological environment in Harbin urban development is between 0.3 and 0.4, which is an antagonistic stage. In 2007-2017, the obstacles of the three subsystems generally showed a downward trend, and the hindrance effect decreased.
