After China joining the WTO, its impact will be seen in all aspects of our economy. Insurance Industry, as one bridge of the economy, looks very young since it develops later. How insurance intermediary industry which is a importmant part of the insurance industry develops will play a very crucial part in the healthy development of insurance market. The paper tries to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the insurance intermediary industry after China joining WTO, and then mainly puts forward the strategies to deal with WTO, so as to ensure the healthy, stable and sustained development of the insurance intermediary industry of our country.
