| 摘 要： | 自理论界提出和致力于"三农"问题的研究以来,解决中国"三农"问题的基本思路就成为热点问题。根据各种基本思路的性质与方式,可以将这些观点划分为不同派别,其最有代表性的观点是"城市派"和"农村派",而最有创造性的观点则是"文化派"与"非市场派"。它们对于在新时期解决"三农"问题,无疑具有不容忽视的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The studies about the solutions to the problems of "Agriculture,Villages and Farmers" have been a hot issue since the issues were proposed and studied.According to the different characters and methods of the studies,we divide them into several groups: the most representative ones are "city school" and "village school";and the most innovative ones are "culture school" and "non-market school".All the studies provide significant contributions and guidance to the solutions of the problems in a new period. |
