高职学生实习带给学校的风险及对策

高职院校专业教学的重要内容之一就是组织在校学生到企业等用人单位进行教学实习和顶岗实习,而学生实习期间的安全保障问题、风险管理问题也引起社会、企业和学校的广泛关注和高度重视。本文分析了高职学生实习中给学校带来的风险问题,以及就高职院校如何降低这些风险作了有益的探讨。

The Risks and Countermeasures of Students doing their Practical studies in Higher Vocational Colleges

It's one of the important parts to organize students teaching practice and on-job training in enterprises and employing units for professional teaching in higher vocational colleges which will cause widely attention and emphasis of society,enterprises and schools on the security and risk management issues during student internships.This paper analyzed the risk problems and discussed issues of how to reduce the risks during students' practices of higher vocational colleges.
