| 摘 要： | 城市产生的过程就是经济核通过经济波对区域内其他经济体的辐射过程,经济波辐射强度的差异形成水平不同的城市个体,经济核随距离远近不同而形成不同状态的中心性影响强度,城市个体通过经济的和空间的联系形成城市体系.在排除政府干预的条件下,城市外围空间的扩展过程遵循经济规则,在谋求效用最大、实现地租均衡以及边际比较中实现形成城市的外围扩展空间.

| Abstract: | The procession for urban being shaped is the radiation procession for economic core exerting on other economic field through economic wave,different radiating intensity shapes different standard urban individual,different core intensity is made because different distance,urban individual furthermore forms different urban system through economic and spatial contact.Being no government intervention,the upper procession obeys economic rule,urban periphery being shaped through looking for most efficiency,realizing rent balance and margin comparison. |
