| 摘 要： | 新时期农村经济在迅猛发展过程中,出现了一些比较复杂的矛盾和纠纷.认真研究新时期乡村纠纷的特点和成因,探索建立多元化的纠纷解决机制,对于乡村纠纷的有效预防、成功调处、防止激化,维护改革、发展、稳定大局,构建社会主义和谐社会,具有重要的现实意义.
