| 摘 要： | 努力把重庆建设成为长江上游和西南地区的现代物流中心，是重庆物流发展的目标，更是形成重庆这个长江上游经济中心不可分割的战略举措。基于此，本文分析了重庆建成现代物流中心的基础条件和障碍，提出了建成现代物流中心的战略措施。
