社会问题治理的公共政策选择

当前我国正处于改革发展的重要战略机遇期，同时也是社会问题的多发期和高发期，许多深层次的矛盾和问题逐渐显现，不和谐因素增多，协调社会关系的难度明显加大。对此，需要保持清醒的头脑，认真把握现阶段社会问题的性质、特征和发展规律，通过制定并实施有效的公共政策，努力防范和缓解某些社会问题，把社会问题给构建和谐社会带来的消极、负面影响控制在最低限度。

On the Choice of Public Policy to the Governance of Social Problem

Presently, Our country is in an important strategic period of reform and development which not only is full of many opportunities, but also makes a number of social problems with high incidence. Many deep-seated contradictions and problems gradually appeared, some disharmony factors manifold, the difficulty of coordinating social relations obviously increased. Towards this, we must remain sober--minded, grasp seriously the nature, characteristics and development rule of present social problems, and then implement effective public policies to prevent and alleviate some social problems, try best to control at a minimum in negative effects of social problems on building a harmonious society.
