| 摘 要： | 在社会主义新农村建设中,必须认真做好土地保护工作,这是落实科学发展观、保障经济社会可持续发展和确保国家粮食安全的需要,也是农民切身利益之所在。做好社会主义新农村建设中的土地保护工作,要高度重视在这个过程中的土地违法违规问题,在认识上要宣传保护土地,在规划上要坚持保护土地,在试点上要研究保护土地,在制度上要落实保护土地,在执法上要严格保护土地。

| Abstract: | We should pay more attention to farmland protection in the building of new socialist countryside.It is necessary to implement scientific outlook on development,guarantee sustainable development of economy and society and national grain safety.This affects the immediate interests of farmers.In the farmland protection for building of new socialist countryside,we should do our best to stop illegal activities in the use of farmland,vigorously publicize the policies of farmland protection,draw up planning of farmland protection well,study and build up the mechanism of farmland protection etc. |
