| Abstract: | The benefit-win mode of the successful logistics enterprise should be the different combinations of one or two key factors from profit source , profit point,profit defense,profit poles,profit orgasition,profiteer and profit culture,which lies unigue value in cost,service,risk scattering,competition ablity promoting and social efficiency.The method that offering regular service,developing added service,adjusting professional progress,modern technique,orgnazition structure and enterprise culture can be used to achieve the construction of logistics enterprise benefit-win mode. |
