Probing into Regional Cycling Economic Theory

This paper analyses not only the contents and signification of five circular economy theories and nine area economy theories but also the characteristic of area circular economy .An area circular economy theory is built based on them . Its main concept is that the development target is the sustainable development of ecology , economy and society ; the thinking is following in order and advancing step by step,and rolling development ; the constraint condition is the digestion of environment ; the way is beginning from the core business in the core area ; the scale must be proper and the method is the "4 R" rules .
