通过学习十六大文件,进一步认识到提高城市化水平与全面建设小康社会的密切关系.扩大城镇就业是加快城市化进程的关键.给农村富余劳动力去城镇就业创造各种有利条件,促使我国城市化水平不断提高.并要坚持大中小城市和小城镇协调发展,不能教条式的对待城市的大与小.

Building a Well-off Society in an All-round Way Needs Accelerated Urbanization

Through learning the documents of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the author further recognize the close relationship between elevating urbanization level and building a well off society in an all-round way. The sticking point of accelerating urbanization is to increase urban employment. Urbanization level can be elevated continuously by creating advantages for the rural labor moving to urban areas to work with consideration of coordinating the development of different scale cities from large, middle to small cities.
