| 摘 要： | 传统理论对自然垄断动态性的判定，只是单纯地引入需求这一因素，并在需求变化的基础上加以判定。当今世界上自然垄断产业的垄断性业务范围正在迅速缩小，整个自然垄断产业的自然垄断特征只能保留于某些环节，仅仅依靠需求量的变化并不能对垄断现象做出合理的解释。在传统自然垄断理论动态性分析的基础上，进一步追加技术进步的条件，可以得出技术进步会使一个自然垄断的行业距离垄断越来越远的结论。 |

| Abstract: | The traditionalist approach of determining natural monopoly involves the single factor of demand and it was conducted on the bases of its change.The scale of monopolistic businesses for today's natural monopoly industries is rapidly shrinking,with natural monopoly being restricted to the certain stages.Mere changes in demand can hardly account for monopoly.In addition to the traditional natural monopoly dynamic analysis,technology advance can give rise to the conclusion that technology advancement is increasingly ridding the natural monopoly industries of their monopoly prestige. |
