| 摘 要： | 该文运用现代人力资本理论和学习型组织理论来分析和探讨企业成人教育在企业发展中的重要地位。在知识经济条件下,高素质的员工队伍才是企业最重要的资本,只有学习型组织才能保持持久的竞争优势,因此,企业成人教育在企业发展中的地位日益重要,它是企业人力资本增值的主要途径,是提高企业竞争力的重要手段。
