| 摘 要： | 对计算机软件作品的知识产权保护日益成为各界关注的热点。西方国家在对计算机软件作品的知识产权法律保护方面为我国提供了可借鉴的经验与教训。为此，探索我国对计算机软件作品的法律保护途径、保护内容等问题将成为建立完善的知识产权制度的目标选择。
