Asset Securitization and the Change of Relative Positionof Commercial Banks in Financial System

This article ,from the viewpoint of efficiency of asset securitization ,elaborate the relationship between the trend of asset securitization and the role of commercial banks playing in the financial system. Thanks to the changing of financing pattern,the shift of risk management mode as well as the development of specialized assignment under securitization, the importance of direct financing is relatively increased,and the efficiency of financial system is promoted,thereby,which have brought about the increasing of importance of the financial market and decreasing of importance of the commercial banks.
