| Abstract: | The thought about developing the western part is an important part of DENG Xiao-ping's regional economic thoughts and economic development strategic thoughts. It has both great realistic significance and far-reaching historical significance for us to understand our Party Central Committee's policy of carrying out the strategy of developing the west and guaranteeing the smooth implementation of it and realizing the third stage strategy of national economic development. |
