| 摘 要： | 从煤、电产业的技术经济关系,煤、电产业的价格关系,煤、电产业的市场结构特征入手,分析中国煤、电产业之间的相互依存性以及它们之间的矛盾。在对国有企业进行战略性改组的过程中,促进煤、电企业走纵向一体化的发展道路是一个适当的选择。煤、电纵向一体化有三种模式,政府在推进煤、电产业新的架构取向的形成过程中应当发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | Beginning with the analysis on the technical and economic relationship, the price relationship between and the industry structures of coal industry (CI) and electric power industry (EPI), the inter-dependency and the contradiction between the two industries is analyzed. In the process of the strategic reform of the state-owned enterprises, the vertical integration is the suitable choice. There are three models in the vertical integration between CI and EPI. And the government should function in promoting the transform of the coal-electricity relationship. |
