| Abstract: | The establishment and development of off- shore financial market depends on the establishment of related legal system. This article shows the present situation and characteristics of off- shore financial business in Tianjin and in China. Accordingly it analyzes the problems in off- shore financial business in the process of establishing law. This article also puts forward some measures and proposals on how to establish and improve off- shore financial laws. |
