| 摘 要： | 公私合作制(Public-Private Partnership,简称PPP)在公共基础设施建设和公共事务管理中得到了越来越广泛的运用.但目前的研究大多停留在解释PPP概念和风险分摊层面上,而很少涉及PPP的利益分配问题.论文试从PPP风险分摊、资本结构和控制权三个维度来探讨PPP中的利益分配.

| Abstract: | PPP(Public-Private Partnership) has obtained the more and more widespread utilization in the public infrastructure construction and the public service.But now the research mostly on meaning of the PPP and the risk allocation,few study the benefit assignment of PPP.This paper tries to discuss the benefit assignment from risk allocation,capital structure and power of the control in PPP. |
