| 摘 要： | 我县在二十世纪五六十年代兴起了一个群众大办水利的高潮,在二十世纪七十年代又掀起一次水库建设高潮,在这两次高潮所兴建的水利工程为我县水利水电基本建设打下了坚实的基础。作者就我县如何加强水利工程管理,谈谈自己的看法。

| Abstract: | Our County had a rise of masses involving hydraulic engineering in the fifties and sixties, setting off a water reservoir construction climax in the seventies, two waves of which lay a solid infrastructure basis for the county water conservancy projects. Based on how to strengthen project management for the county, the author＇s views are given. |
